AI-centric custom software & MVP solutions

Ship the product, not the pitch deck.

Drivaaz is a small, senior product team. We turn an idea — or a stalled roadmap — into working software your users can open, with AI built into the parts where it actually earns its keep.

Scoped in days. First version live in weeks. Code, infrastructure and IP handed to you at the end.

What we build

Six things, done properly, by people who have shipped them before. If your problem isn't on this list, say so — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team.

Custom software development

Web and mobile products built around how your business actually runs, instead of bending your process to fit an off-the-shelf tool. Multi-tenant platforms, internal systems, customer portals, dashboards, integrations with the software you already pay for.

TypeScriptReactNext.jsNodePythonPostgres

AI-embedded applications

Assistants, retrieval over your own documents, agents that complete real tasks, and models that score, classify or forecast. Built with evaluation and fallbacks from the start, so the feature still behaves on the days the model doesn't.

MVP builds

The smallest honest version of your idea, in front of real users, fast. We argue hard about what to cut, ship the thing that proves or kills the concept, and leave you with a codebase that can grow rather than one you'll have to throw away.

Product scoping

For teams who have an idea but no plan. A week or two of interviews, competitor teardowns and technical spadework, ending in a backlog, an architecture, a realistic budget and a build plan — yours to keep, whether or not we build it.

Product & interface design

User flows, clickable prototypes and a design system your developers can build from. We design against the real data and the awkward edge cases, not a marketing screenshot with four perfect rows in it.

Dedicated teams

Engineers, a designer and a product manager working only on your roadmap, in your tools and your standups. Month to month, scale up or down, no recruitment cycle and no long contract to escape from.

AI, where it earns its place

"AI-centric" should mean the model does work inside the product — not that there's a sparkle icon in the corner. Here's what we're usually asked to build.

Assistants and copilots

Chat and inline help that knows your product, your pricing and the user's own account, with clear limits on what it's allowed to do.

Answers from your documents

Retrieval over contracts, manuals, tickets and policies, with citations back to the source paragraph so answers can be checked.

Workflow agents

Multi-step jobs that read, decide and act across your systems — with approval gates on anything that spends money or touches a customer.

Documents and images

Extraction from invoices, forms and scans; classification and quality checks on photographs and video frames.

Scoring and forecasting

Models over your historical data for demand, risk, churn or lead quality — with the plain-language explanation of why a number came out that way.

Evaluation and guardrails

Test sets, regression runs, cost and latency budgets, prompt and model versioning, and monitoring once it's live.

We stay deliberately model-agnostic. Hosted APIs where speed and quality matter, open-weight models you host yourself where the data can't leave your building.

How a build actually goes

Eight weeks, start to launch, for a typical first version. You'll know by the end of week two exactly what you're getting and what it costs.

  1. Discovery call and brief

    Days 1–3

We talk to you and, where possible, to the people who'll use the thing. We're after the job to be done, the one number that defines success, and the constraints nobody mentions until week six.

You get — a one-page product brief you can circulate internally.

  2. Scope, architecture and quote

    Week 1–2

A prioritised backlog, the data model, the AI approach where one is needed, and the hosting plan. Then a fixed quote against that scope, with the things we recommend leaving out written down as clearly as the things we're building.

You get — scope document, architecture diagram, fixed price.

  3. Design and prototype

    Week 2–3

Flows first, then the screens that carry the product. You click through a working prototype and change your mind while changing your mind is still cheap.

You get — clickable prototype, design files, component set.

  4. Build in two-week sprints

    Week 3–8

Staging environment from day one, so you're never looking at screenshots. A shared channel for questions during the day and a live demo every Friday of what's genuinely finished.

You get — a URL that updates every week, and a written weekly summary.

  5. Testing and hardening

    Runs alongside the build

Automated tests on the paths that matter, evaluation sets for any model-driven feature, plus load, access-control and dependency checks before anything faces the public.

You get — test suite, evaluation results, a pre-launch checklist.

  6. Launch and handover

    Week 8 onward

We deploy into your accounts, connect analytics, write the documentation, and walk your team through the codebase on a recorded call. Then a support window, and a retainer if you want us to keep building.

You get — the live product, the repositories, the credentials, the IP.

Three ways to work with us

Most projects start as one of these. If none of them fits, we'll shape something that does rather than sell you the nearest package.

Scoping sprint

1–2 weeks · fixed fee

For an idea that needs a plan before it needs a budget.

  • User and stakeholder interviews
  • Prioritised backlog and architecture
  • Build plan with a realistic budget
  • Yours to build with anyone

MVP build

6–10 weeks · fixed scope, fixed price

For founders and teams who need something live in front of users.

  • Design, build, test and launch
  • Weekly demos and a shared channel
  • Analytics and error tracking wired in
  • Full handover plus 30 days of support

Dedicated team

Monthly · rolling, 30 days' notice

For products with a roadmap that outlives a single project.

  • Engineers, designer and product manager
  • Works inside your process and tools
  • Scale the team up or down each month
  • Optional AI work stream alongside

Questions we get asked first

The short answers. Anything more specific is better handled on a call.

Who owns the code?

You do. We build in your repositories and deploy to your cloud accounts where possible, and all intellectual property transfers to you on final payment. There is no licence to renew and nothing locked to us.

What does an MVP cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we don't publish a number that would be wrong for most people. After the discovery call we give a written fixed quote, and if the budget you have in mind can't buy what you've described, we'll say so on that call rather than three invoices later.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever suits the job. Hosted APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google when quality and speed matter most; open-weight models you run yourself when data residency, cost at volume or offline use decide it. We build the integration layer so you can switch later without a rewrite.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often, yes. We start with a short paid audit of the codebase and infrastructure, then give you an honest read: continue, refactor in place, or rebuild the parts that are holding you back. Occasionally the honest read is that you don't need us.

How do we stay in touch during the build?

A shared Slack or Teams channel with the people doing the work — not an account manager relaying messages. A live demo every Friday, a written weekly summary, and a board you can open at any time.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of included support for anything broken, then an optional monthly retainer for fixes, improvements and new features. Plenty of clients take the code and run with their own team — that's a good outcome too.

Tell us what you're building

A few lines is enough to start — what the product is, who it's for, and any deadline you're working to. We reply within one business day, and the first call is with the people who'd actually do the work.
